Key Responsibilities Leading a team of 10 – 20 Relationship Managers Handling the escalations of the team Training the new joinees Maintaining the tracker Coordinating with State Head for client servicing standards Work closely with RM’s and maintain good rapport and help them with suitable profiles. Monitor and regularize the performance of Relationship Managers Help the Relationship Managers build a strong rapport with the clients Get in touch with clients every now and then and ensure that their requirements are being addressed and also to learn the changing mindset of the clients Deliver quality service to paid members counted amongst the cream of the society. Help Relationship Managers to make Success Stories Skills and Competencies Excellent command over English language, fluency in the regional language, proactiveness, listening skills, service orientation, Integrity.
