Lead Delivery for our Technology Development business
Manage profitability for this business unit
Bringing strong delivery leadership and processes to drive high quality work for our clients
Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of +100 high energy professionals
Drive continuing innovation in processes, productivity and automation to increase the
revenue per resource
Identifying and mentoring future leaders
Developing a progressive recruitment, induction, ongoing training and research system to
ensure high quality substance and capabilities in the entire team
Forward looking in building / adopting new technologies to boost existing operations
Developing deep rooted relationships with existing and new customers
Providing them overall account management as well as business consulting
Align with sales and provide the required pre-sales support for aggressive growth
Job Requirements:
Sound understanding of Ecommerce technologies
Should have experience in managing large development teams
Experience in the LAMP framework is a plus
Demonstrated successful performance in a client-service focused environment
Design client solutions, pitch, transition and scale processes
Strong account management to drive growth from existing clients
Build and continually improve processes for delivering "best in the industry" quality and
productivity
Recruit the best talents and groom and mentor them
Design industry leading solutions in the form of services and products to market
