About the job: LogintoHealth does performance based marketing for leading hospitals of India like Apollo Group, Wockhardt Group, Jaslok, Medanta, Columbia Asia and many more. Hence it is important for us to ensure that the lead generation and lead management is done effectively by the customer care team. The role will therefore predominantly involve ensuring that the customer care team is delivering on their targets and to analyse the revenue being generated for the hospitals to point out key trends so that the performance of the team and digital campaigns can be improved accordingly. Selected candidates day-to-day responsibilities include: 1. Preparation of Team Performance Tracker a) Daily tracking of the teams performance vis a vis the targets established. b) Daily review of teams adherence to the SOPs laid down when entering the leads in the system. 2. Preparation of the Hospital Performance Tracker: a) Daily tracking of the leads being generated for each partner hospital and keeping a track of the conversion status into OPDs/IPDs. 2. Servicing existing partner hospitals: a) This will involve monitoring the existing business from the hospitals and suggesting how to increase revenue further through data analysis. b) Assisting in completing the reconciliations of the lead generation sheet for each hospital. 3. Expanding our partner network of hospitals: a) Do all the review and follow-up with respect to the commericals terms and documentation for the tie-up to happen.
