  • Political science is neither scientism nor moralism – neither completely identified with science nor with morality – but separate from both of them and maintaining an identity of its own.
  • One may not deny the advantage of utilising the knowledge of one field for the better understanding of another, but one has to also understand the distinction between the two fields.
