One of the special features of Fundamental Rights in the Indian Constitution is that every person has been given a right to move the High Court or the Supreme Court by appropriate proceedings for the enforcement of the rights conferred by the Constitution. The Supreme Court can issue necessary instructions for the implementation of fundamental rights and can declare any act of the government null and void if that violates the fundamental rights of a citizen.
