We know that Capital+ Liabilities = Assets
Capital = Rs. 30,000
Assets = Rs. 50,000
So, by the formula: Rs. 30,000 + Liabilities = Rs. 50,000
Liabilities= Rs. 50,000 – Rs. 30,000 = Rs. 20,000
