Selecting proper branch which can lift her weight or more depending on who will be using it, needs measurement.
Selecting proper rope which should be strong enough to lift the weight which will not only be of the person but also the angular force which will be applied when swinging.
Selecting rope of proper length which should be at appropriate height from the ground.
The space near the swing should be clear of any obstacle.
