The organizational set up of the WTO is as follows: Each member country has a full-time representative in the WTO headquarters located in Geneva. Four deputies assist WTO's full-time Secretary General. All signatories to the GATT were automatically admitted to WTO. The highest authority of the organization is the Ministerial Conference held once in two years. The day-today working falls on to a number of subsidiary bodies, principally the General Council that also convenes as the Dispute Settlement Body and as Trade Policy Review Body. The General Council delegates responsibility to three other major bodies-council for Trade in Goods, Trade in Services and Trade-Related aspects of Intellectual Property Rights.
